the downstairs mainly caters to the pub / restaurant it can be a bit awkward to check in at the bar area - especially when checking in in the evening

we knew that there would be kids but they were bombing in the pool off their shoulders and it made the experience less relaxing

can be a bit noisy if your window is facing the sports bar but it quietened down around 10

the complex itself is fantastic and a real novelty for kids, particularly chelsea fans such as ours - it provides entertainment in itself

although there were lots of families with kids who all seemed to be enjoying it
