great hotel walkable to richmond green. kids loved the pool (expected on a saturday morning) & the pool during kid hours is loud as you could expect if kids playing, it emptied out after a short while & we were lucky for some hangover friendly time (+) as a mom of two little kids every few months i stay in different hotel (-) we had a 24 hr break from our own kids, so would have preferred to use the spa earlier as open to children from 4 (-) we knew that there would be kids but they were bombing in the pool off their shoulders and it made the experience less relaxing (-)relax in the swimming pool during the day , however there were swimming classes in the pool and kids (-)very crowded at times (especially during family time in the pool when all the grown-ups without kids would go outside) (-) we couldn't experience the pool as there were kids screaming in there, which i have no problem with but as we couldn't do anything else it was a (-)because it had a pool, only to find out there are severe restrictions on when kids can use it (-) we had hoped for a relaxing afternoon but were met with kids bombing into the pool
