liked the mini gym - more hotels should have one - i can then tuck into a breakfast knowing i've had some exercise

there is a built-in gratuity on the restaurant charge and then another voluntary gratuity for the bar staff on the bill (we had breakfast so chose to remove this charge) (-)missing sky sports missing rhubarb gin in the bar missing liqueur coffee in late bar (+) the bar staff on sunday also very friendly (-)will be even better where the bar and restaurant are open again (-) the individual chairs are good for when sat at a dining table, just not for relaxing in the bar area (-) after a long day it would be nice to eat in the hotel restsurant rather than the bar area or at least have tablecloths on all tables as its not cheap - a ceasars salad ( excellent (-) was surprised that bar meals only were available

the spa smelt and looked lovely, we didn't use the pool or gym

few issues - no free wifi in the room - this is poor/ our shower door leaked, turned the bathroom floor into a paddling

extremely helpful - i made a block booking and with the help of sandra we managed to have a few early check in, ready for a wedding
