before knew what to expect, a short walk to lots of restaurants, hollywood bowl, cinema and fun golf

love if you had small room with children s games , consoles or something to give kids a little bit of playtime

in the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent will be coming

expect to pay extra for wifi in room at 5 star hotels, or any hotels, these days

i am disabled and luckily was able to use a golf buggy to get to & from reception

as advised i phoned on the morning to see if we could have an early check in

quick check-in and near to m25 - breakfast was also adequate and catered for gluten free diet

i was also advised that the laundry service was available and the items were to be dropped at reception by 7

were the beds, keep hurting our legs on the bottom were it over hung and the put up bed for the kids wasn't the

staff and they offered an early check in (which was greatly appreciated given my 0300 start to the morning)

i loved the fire in the pantry at breakfast, it is a truly magical place

to our stay (which was a very rare night out to celebrate a 40th birthday and as parents of small kids)

family room, there was no space for 2 adults and two kids, its 45 min walk from beach far from restaurants and

room service staff was inconsiderate at 7 am, shouting in the coridors, shuffling trolleys and

to keep the doors to service rooms closed - opposite our room door we kept being faced with dirty laundry and

it's a beautiful property and grounds. bar staff excellent and friendly with a lovely ambience.

this hotel has great facilities, including a gym, laundry room, and ice machine

in the same floor they had a laundry room which we could use, includes a dryer which is a big bonus for a

our toilet didn t flush well and took a couple of flushes to get it going and no laundry service

on the website ironing and laundry was an extra payment and then i found an ironing board in the room and iron
