stayed in a king suite so plenty of space and loved the kitchen area; very handy

bar and restaurant if you want to relax and

the bed was comfortable and i loved the little kitchen area

i enjoyed using the gym too during my stay and will be making the most of the on-site parking and restaurant

2 minute walk from the underground and cheap ev chargers on site

to keep the doors to service rooms closed - opposite our room door we kept being faced with dirty laundry and

and will be nice for family holiday for the kids also

cubicle (pet hate) not fit for purpose as the sliding door came off the hinges

more selection for room service would be nice. it was good however.

room and grounds were excellent. restaurant and bar were spot on and food was grest

not much parking but we managed to get a space.

we managed to get a parking space at the hotel but would have been able to park on the streets if not as there

the breakfast is superb and delicious,,lot's of choices and variety

were friendly, room was spotless ,location was great, wifi was great our dog was welcome will use

wifi has very high speed, good armchair in the room, especially if you are using a laptop

the hotel forecourt was blocked upon my departure by a skip and a laundry truck unloading and loading linen,

along the corridor few meters away from our bedroom door the hotels laundry/storage room was always wide open

there were also salons, a little charity shop/thrift store, and clothes clinic did my laundry same-day

from the swiss cottage underground station, a short walk to waitrose, a pharmacy, post office and laundry services

some rooms don't have good wifi. i have to move to another one because of that

the rooms we stayed in were impeccably clean and room service was well done

my husband and two kids were in the same room and had a bed

no proper air-conditioning for most of the stay. condescending laundry pick up staff

the sound of doors banging possible laundry/linen cupboard located on the landing interrupted any chance of

laundry - some shirts were stretched after washed

room was lovely. balcony added bonus. the staff were great and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

staff were amazing, super friendly and gave us free early check in as we arrived really early and there was a

location was perfect for sse arena and the room was fantastic with 2 kids with me.
