i never use the spa/pool in those places anyway very comfy, very reasonable (including reasonable bar prices)

cooked breakfast was very tasty and there were plenty of alternatives if you so wished

for one night with family and our pet dog

would have preferred not to be woken at 6.45am by noise of laundry being collected!

this motel, privacy but help on standby, pet friendly in a beautiful setting close enough to get into durham

outside the door was a big bonus and dog friendly and 5 minutes from the city with a wonderful bar and restaurant

the pet-friendliness was second to none. the staff were helpful.

before top floor it was beautiful this one was a basement room dark and dingy with staff pushing laundry past

room was lovely inside just the view was a wall and we were right next to the laundry which you could hear all

peak times when we arrived the pool and sauna etc was busy and was no space to sit but died down

idiots parking their non evs in the ev spaces so people can t charge.

access to the pool a bit longer for kids. internet access was not great.

the bathroom had inadequate laundry supplies and we arrived to find only half a toilet roll

- no shampoo in room, could not adjust room temperature, inconsistent messages from staff about laundry pick-up

slammed closed, hearing people drunk in the middle of the night, the people above us sounded like kids running

kids chicken nuggets were a bit spicy so kid would not eat them (world's pickiest kid to be fair

food, breakfast and room service are all excellent

were disappointed to find that the pub kitchen was being renovated so breakfast wasn t available

only thing i can complain about is the wifi, which was a bit too slow (i think it should depend on the room one

bar was great as was location

wifi was available in only part of the apartment.

in the room which leads to all information that usually would have been given at the hotel ie room service menu
