didn't like i couldn't find the wifi password anywhere and wasn't given it by the reception upon checking

have stayed here a few times when working locally as it s close to a1 and offers lots of parking and excellent

regardless of washing laundry for 18 hours, there is no excuse for providing such a mattress

we were allowed to wash laundry from 6 am-12 as we were relocating from london we couldn't find short-term

amenities and breakfast was brilliant

on day four we discovered the hotel does not have a self-service laundry and there is no public self-laundry

really a problem, but i was amused that the slip i filled out for the laundry service didn t seem to recognize

room at the back turned out to be above the hotel s laundry facility which went on all through the night

the lifts were out of order and it lacked facilities like a spa or gym.

a short walk to the attractions of the cathedral, castle, bars, pubs etc

there was a kitchen area with a fridge, which was very useful

there was a king bed, single bed, and kitchenette

i was shocked to find that the kitchen was closed

two bedrooms, one of which had the tv, sofa, kitchen and we also had another area with armchairs

were disappointed to find that the pub kitchen was being renovated so breakfast wasn t available

add ons (e.g. breakfast, laundry) not the best value for money

a bit dated, no in room fridge, no twin beds for 2 kids just doubles

the bathroom had inadequate laundry supplies and we arrived to find only half a toilet roll

was 2 singles pushed together , far too expensive but as a parent we needed that break from the kids to have a

kids chicken nuggets were a bit spicy so kid would not eat them (world's pickiest kid to be fair
