if travelling with a dog, the bar is ideal for dinner, and the staff there were also excellent

in the evening there is also a cocktail bar open to guests even if they are not dining at the restaurant

a beautiful setting surrounded by gardens and the golf course, this hotel is so peaceful

orangery, the food was good but the clubhouse was expensive for what it is - a clubhouse for a golf course

room was located near the staff quarters or laundry and on the ground floors so not much privacy

insufficient parking spaces for all guests to be able to park in the car park

there was a good choice of dishes for breakfast and the dinner we had there on saturday evening was delicious

breakfast in the morning was great but didnt use the bar / dining facilities so can't comment on them

initially room 16 had to move as the kitchen extractor noisy

laundry service was poor

we couldn t use the golf practise facilities and the trolleys ran out

limited accessible parking however we managed to get parked both nights.

the bed was very comfortable, the room was kept clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, parking was plentiful

car parking is at the council car park a few minutes walk and a disc is

overall we were very pleased with this hotel and are considering rebooking and bringing the kids to have a

location near to central car park; good size room and comfortable bed; excellent shower; secure wifi; very good
