i needed to iron an item of clothing and the friendly receptionist took me to the laundry room

lastly no iron in room or available to borrow was told i could use laundry room which was the room where all

the ladies in the laundry room ironed a top for me and delivered it to the room on a hanger in under ten minutes

has exceptional, space and cleanliness with access from a terrace overlooking the courtyard and bar garden

parking for about 20

they also did my laundry which was very kind

oh yes also on arrival for 24 hrs the reception area was full of laundry bags

there is a 24/7 bar on site and breakfast is available, and the coffee/cappuccino was genuinely excellent

weekend stay at beaufort hotel the staff were brill, hospitality was great with ricky behind the bar annie, lucy

location was perfect . staff were friendly . bar was nice, had the golf on

tired, derelict which is off putting, sheets and towels hanging over and out of the fence in the laundry and

the cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to scratch either, food plates and dirty laundry was left throughout

golfers going for a drink took all places close to hotel and we had to carry are bags from the laundry building

in room - under bed not hoovered - a shaven beard hair on the sink unit - bottom sheet still had laundry label

stairs leading up narrow and cans of water and laundry left at bottom of hallway

fine with two minor exceptions: (1) shame the restaurant is no longer open in the evenings; (2) wifi quality in

coffee at dinner excellent, breakfast coffee weak on two mornings, good on one.

the room was located in the basement opposite the laundry room

was not an in-house laundry room, and the usual warmth of a country house hotel was somewhat muted

only stayed one night for nearby wedding at golf club which was about 3 min taxi ride away - busy winding road

then i was woken at 05:00am by the laundry truck collecting crates outside my window

there was housekeeping laundry all through the halls, at 2pm i would have thought that a linen porter would

to their room shouting running up and down corridor banging doors we were on the 3rd floor with 2 kids who kept

room service took a good while but when it did come staff were very apologetic and food was great

a simple menu for room service would be good

nt tell us it was kids club so we left but they wouldn't let us back

having a big pool was great for the kids. and reception staff was absolutely fabulous.
