we didn't use the pool but it looked so inviting

recommended this property to others but when it came to pay mr calum milne stung us for 120 pet cleaning charge

were all cold, all the radiators were off and - maybe most galling of all - there we 2 large fireplaces, complete

they also did my laundry which was very kind

oh yes also on arrival for 24 hrs the reception area was full of laundry bags

location, comfy, good breakfast, good supper, very friendly and helpful staff.

parking fees are very expensive - 18 a night

really enjoyed the restaurant food and good breakfast options

i needed to iron an item of clothing and the friendly receptionist took me to the laundry room

the ladies in the laundry room ironed a top for me and delivered it to the room on a hanger in under ten minutes

lastly no iron in room or available to borrow was told i could use laundry room which was the room where all

the bar is always full and bustling but service is quick and the food hot and excellent quality

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were

there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

fantastic day in the hotel at celebrity golf and meal in olive tree restaurant

i loved the pad restaurant, the spa facilities and room service options. the hotel was amazing.

the resort has everything you need, from health facilities ( gym, pool, sauna, steam room massage parlour),

were too high i guess - i was expecting a spa but more of a swimming pool vibe including full of kids, hopefully

so easy to get to and tonnes of space for the kids

about the invoice, systems were down and was not able to get this at the check out, very poor wifi

the food and room service was also fantastic and staff were very helpful around the desk

the hotel itself is lovely, featuring a charming atmosphere and a nice little gym for those looking to stay

we couldn t find the gym or swimming pool also the tv was trouble so we couldn t find youtube but overall

however the room was noisy (room 4127) as it sounded as if we were next to the laundry room or some sort of

wifi wouldn't register via email properly but could log in via social media instead
