not overly clean and in poor state of repair, building overall poor state of repair and laundry left out jn

dirty laundry was stored on the

side panel of bath loose and broken; two plugs, neither of which fitted the washbasin; dirty laundry in corridor

was no one on reception when i arrived and wifi code wasn't given however i was checked in after a short wait

the only thing i wish they had was laundry on property. they have a nice referral, however.

was not ready at 3pm, due to late delivery of laundry, but was sorted quickly

loved the rooms, the facilities, the bar and food

the apartment was spacious, immaculate and with all facilities required, including fully equipped kitchen

breakfast excellent and was evening meal

they also had the secure locked outer door wedged open with a laundry basket

only limited parking spaces.

to complain and do not know how to go about getting a good service etc also when we asked for room service for

parking is not good. limited, tight and hard to access.

i usual have mediocre to dismal experiences at supposedly pet friendly hotels, but this couldn't have been

the restaurant and bar was closed due to covid so it s difficult to judge the hotel properly

quiet location with ample parking not far from the m5

i asked for a quiet room and we were above the laundry room and it was noisy

position poor the view was off the bins and dirty laundry also the emptying off bottles

to stay in the room at all, made the stay difficult and this should be mentioned before booking a pet

our bedroom was large with a view of the golf course, a super walk in shower, tea and coffee tray

managed to get late check out for free, this was the best holiday in i event stayed and i stayed in quite a

dislikes, the wifi in some rooms is better than others but that may be down to the location of some of the rooms

breakfast was also very good together with a great view from the conservatory

wifi was strong enough to connect my hdmi cable and watch netflix on big screen tv from a laptop

parking was very limited and quite dangerous with a drop to the pavement below with no barrier in

beautiful grounds, however room was very dated and very standard, outside our room there was the laundry room

no view just backed on to staffs shed/ laundry room

its a bit trucky to find a parking spot if there is an event on the day you arrive

apparently the kitchen closed 10 minutes after my booking, so if i wanted to have extra i had 10 minutes to

spacious room and bathroom great food, cosy and comfortable reception rooms, one with a log fire

we didn't see any mention of free use of the gym, swimming pool etc

the kitchen was pretty terrible - we dined here 3 times

staff were excellent, friendly and unpretentious, unfortunately the bar / bistro was under staffed on our visit
