couldn't stay the whole evening due to an emergency but we had a fantastic time in the bar with really welcoming

i am a thirty seven year old woman with three kids and was visiting a friend nearby

didn't use the bar but that looked

looked after adults, kids, dog and even had secure lock up for bikes

the staff were friendly and helpful. the bar area was lovely and breakfast was great

it's a b&b hotel, so no lunch or evening food but they are just having a bar installed

i couldn't get connected to the wifi but didn't try many times.

the hotel is not central, but has lots of free, private parking

i returned home so refreshed after a well needed de-stress at their beautiful spa and swimming pool

the car park wasn t very good as the cars wernt parking in the correct spaces.

wifi didn t work, as soon as we get walked in the manager said that she was wouldn t recommend

we had lunch when we arrived, dinner in the evening and breakfast in our room- the food was delicious

in the hotel for one night after a days walking in the brecon beacons, used the hotel bar and restaurant

sauna very good; didn't try pool as it's outside

relaxing stay - excellent food dinner and breakfast - enjoyed the sauna and spa pool.

lastly no iron in room or available to borrow was told i could use laundry room which was the room where all

i needed to iron an item of clothing and the friendly receptionist took me to the laundry room

the ladies in the laundry room ironed a top for me and delivered it to the room on a hanger in under ten minutes

we couldn't lock the door from the inside and room service almost caught an eyeful

parking, lovely quirky room, very comfortable

they also did my laundry which was very kind

oh yes also on arrival for 24 hrs the reception area was full of laundry bags

the pool, the jacuzzi and everything in the spa area was perfect and definitely worth it

wifi through the hotel was either off or so slow and dropping out most of the time we were there

location is close to 2 major golf centers

which was perfect for our stay, 2 bedrooms and kitchen with a stocked fridge

staff was friendly and welcoming, recommending a restaurant in town when their kitchen had closed already
