oh yes also on arrival for 24 hrs the reception area was full of laundry bags

the ladies in the laundry room ironed a top for me and delivered it to the room on a hanger in under ten minutes

i needed to iron an item of clothing and the friendly receptionist took me to the laundry room

lastly no iron in room or available to borrow was told i could use laundry room which was the room where all

were upgraded to a larger room and granted an early check in when requested, both at no additional cost

stayed for 1 night, evening meal in restaurant and breakfast was excellent

a bit tired - lots of laundry bags lying around - i tidied up a few empty coffee cartons off balcony next door

also we were a car tour group and they would not reserve parking so we could park together
