our room was next to the service room where all the laundry was kept and there was a stench emanating from that

pool and sauna were small but perfect for relaxing

staff were very accommodating and friendly, the hotel was tidy, pleasant atmosphere, gym and swim included in

we went to the bar and was served by the most friendly bar staff who never changed from our 3 day visit

one towel was badly worn one breakfast returned as cold bales of clean laundry blocking access to our

long minutes for our deserts to arrive whilst the chef and kitchen people were busy unloading laundry from a

place to stay , we were at a wedding nearby and we checked in had a bar meal which was delicious we were then

we requested an early check in as we were attending a wedding and they sorted this out on the day for us so we

as i stayed with kids would have been nice to have more on the tv for kids.

we had been traveling for several days and had hoped to find some laundry facilities nearby but none available

the tv was not working and the wifi was a little intermittent but i think the lack of tv maybe caused wifi

hour concierge, we were on site at a couple of gigs at nearby universities and back late but were able to get

coffee shop and bar facilities were excellent and the breakfast selection was fantastic and parking was includes

i rang previously to reserve a parking space as i have mobility problems which i was told would be ok and when

breakfast was good,location handy for the bus station,having a guest laundry is very good we used it twice
