the hotel allowed residents to park in the electric parking points when not electric cars

it was ok as the view was great, but it became obvious there was a staffing issue in the kitchen/restaurant

great for kids, long corridors to run down and even the bar area is great for them with loads of space to

children really enjoyed the pool and the hotel itself the way it was designed interiorley especially the stair

m really struggling to find fault with anything, the only comment i would make is the wifi was poor but i

hotel doesn't have the list of numbers for the reception, bar and taxis printed on the table next to the

no laundry service offered no fitness room coffee at breakfast was horrible

the hotel was in a great location- the food was excellent including a meal ordered with room service

parking-not convenient to park across the street with kids is

general manager made me feel at home and helped with a laundry issue

stifling hot 30 degrees inside and 15 outside, presumably sat over a laundry or shop

elevator out of order . and could not connect to wifi

i had one issue connecting to the wifi but that was quickly solved with no fuss.

room service rubbish left in the hallway (outside my room)

also had a late check out which suited us perfectly

floor annexe side door means you walk past the kitchens and laundry area - the smell and decor are not always

reception and the outside door to room 12 unfortunately closely passes the parking space for the laundry collection

really only that some small bar meals, sandwiches would be great instead of a formal evening meal, however, this

staff were brilliant and the rooms impeccable. loved the conservatory for breakfast and dinner.

negative thing is the extra cost to take a pet, at 10 per pet it's a little steep, and when searching on

after a long day out i phoned room service (only time on the second night) and it

30 to use the spa facilities seemed steep for hotel guests.

my room service tray was left outside my room from 3p.m. until i left the next day

we were a group of 10 and the facilities were perfect - a lovely bar and restaurant

the staff are very attentive they do not rush you during your meal the food is delicious bar well stocked nothing

hosts made us feel very welcome (even did a bag of laundry for us)

i was late for dinner and the chef made something for me even though he was closing down the kitchen
