free wifi and breakfast a real bonus

a bonus that we were able to take our pet dog

parking was a little difficult a couple of times.

what we needed it for (stop over on our way to liverpool with 3 kids) it ticked all the boxes

than ensuring people booked breakfast slots in advance to save us waiting for a table to be free nothing

room- changed rooms, first room was on the ground floor only 1small window overlooking the laundry bins,not

it said a large double with two single beds, however we had a pull out sofa bed for the kids which took up the

very nice lady on reception, bar, room service bless her

staff mega friendly and helpful, food amazing, breakfast wonderful, parking a breeze

the wifi was very reliable, which was very important for us

breakfast was very tasty and a great choice

only thing worth saying is the bar area isn't open all the time, though i do suspect that if you asked it would

lots of car parking available and lovely gardens to explore

own key to enter the property if out late and parking was so close to our suite

the restaurant and bar was closed due to covid so it s difficult to judge the hotel properly

one of my pet hates is housekeeping not replacing the box of tissues in a room only leaving 3 or 4 tissues

accommodation 'block' (reception description) is unwelcoming, cold decor, uncomfortable bed, poor wifi

but ross upgraded me to the family room in the cosy cottage it's such a lovely room with a kitchen area it was

lots of clanking and banging right under the window which had to be open as it was very hot, the laundry bus

linen cages were outside the room view, thrown in laundry bags over the ground (i only hoped it was bagged

a strange problem with wifi

the staff absolutely disgusting attitudes swearing , especially when kids were around

you may want to check the laundry washing service company because you could see oily stains on the duvet cover
