this year we asked for early check in and we were able to check in even earlier as the lady on reception switched rooms

kids were on the sofa bed in a family room, which didn't look very comfy

heating controls not immediately obvious so kids frozen in other room

crying and banging from a neighbor room, which i didn't need before a full day ahead with my kids

wifi is an essential part of the business use, and although infrastructure to support wifi will be
