i love the fact it is a pet friendly hotel, and they don't have a pet fee like the other hotels

we arrived a bit earlier than expected and the front desk allowed us an early check in

a lot of work elevators dirty divots in the floor of elevators, ice room laundry area dirty, ceiling in bathroom was pealing, just looked unkept

i was very pleasantly surprised to discover we had washing machines and dryers for laundry on each floor

asked for early check in and didn’t get it when i arrived

looking at the building from the outside, it looked awful, with laundry hanging in the windows and a lot of shady looking people hanging around outside

was very clean, walking distance from the subway, offers a shuttle, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

the front desk staff went above and beyond helping to get me into a room for an early check in.
