immaculately clean and tidy from the room, bar area, restaurant and staff

the staff from reception to bar to restaurant to breakfast to dinner to room cleaning all served with a smile

trying to find a negative but couldn't,it's a lovely hotel great bar and beer garden, great breakfast and the

atmosphere as you come in lovely bar and restaurant facilities nicely spaced out seating very comfy bed very

bouncy cumfy beds we got early check in at 12 which we asked for and late check out at1 cause we was getting

there's a constant hum/drone of noise, maybe air conditioning or laundry so its not a quiet nights sleep and

i let her know we required late check out and she told me i couldn t have it due to the hotel been full the

wifi was on the blink. problem solved by staff member though.

room service menu limited and club sandwich disappointing

on two occasions failed to fulfil our request for a hairdryer and whether it was possible to have laundry done

the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was ok, the parking was good

much room to sit around the pool to supervise kids

30pm and the staff were very helpful for if we needed food or drinks as the bar was due to close soon but we

breakfast was great, buffet style, kids eat for free was an added bonus.
