there is lots to do at the hotel and spa - i wish i'd stayed longer

very peaceful. beautiful grounds. spa was lovely good therapists.

no tea / coffee making facility in the room. no mixed spa area - men and women kept separate.

for health spa food was very good, wine was available if you wanted it. treatments were good

had some laundry done and it came back in a terrible state

there is also a free ev charger which i think is fantastic

the small gym was near my room and so very handy to use

had room service which was prompt and courteous with good food great breakfast - good selection - good

great hotel lovely meal at night, good gym facilities and location for a walk to the beach.

enough dessert spoons as they were being eased for a function, soup spoons it was for dessert and breakfast

we had a lovely breakfast in the morning, no other meals but we had a couple of drinks in the bar in the evening

we did check in we went to our room only to find the hallway filled with plates, trays and dirty laundry and

30am by what i m assuming was laundry trolleys constantly going past our window as we were based on the ground

wifi was a pain as it continually cut out multiple time per day

also, this hotel outsources its laundry services so forget about receiving it back by 6 pm the day you hand it

barges room had food all over the floor kids throwing it and it hadn t been cleaned up - and they ran out of

sharkies pool is probably one of the best kids pool we’ve been to, all very thought through

the resort was luxurious and was lovely that they offered a kids tailoring

kids club could be bigger.

the newly refurbished bar downstairs is cosy and elegant at the same time - loved the ambiance.

room was large and very clean with all additional items (like iron, ironing board, safe, laundry bags etc),

in addition, we didn t like the cleaner s laundry trolleys immediately outside our room

room hasn t been properly cleaned by the housekeeper with the old laundry and rubbish still in the room

room but it overlooked what we think was the laundry room, so it was quite noisy in the mornings and during the
