30am by what i m assuming was laundry trolleys constantly going past our window as we were based on the ground

we did check in we went to our room only to find the hallway filled with plates, trays and dirty laundry and

room which was 500 for two nights was opposite the laundry storage cupboard

i would have liked room service to be available a bit later.

wifi was very poor. other than that nothing but compliments

excellent food, beautiful cafe and lounges, great pool and spa facilities

whilst i did not eat at the hotel other than breakfast,, i found it odd that the restaurant only offered a

swimming pool is olympic size and loved the improvements

however, on this occasion, i just stayed on the bed and breakfast option

very peaceful. beautiful grounds. spa was lovely good therapists.

no tea / coffee making facility in the room. no mixed spa area - men and women kept separate.

there is lots to do at the hotel and spa - i wish i'd stayed longer

for health spa food was very good, wine was available if you wanted it. treatments were good

we visited the spa and had a massage which was lovely and then sat by the pool with a glass of prosecco

i had a steak dinner in the bar below my room that was really lovely and priced very well considering the on

location, free car parking, breakfast, professional staff, pet friendly.

also, this hotel outsources its laundry services so forget about receiving it back by 6 pm the day you hand it

were amazing and made the stay for us, they did a milk and cookie voucher for the kids which they loved

room was large and very clean with all additional items (like iron, ironing board, safe, laundry bags etc),
