also encountered issues in the morning, with room service arriving significantly before requested and food dry

lovely staff, really nice outdoor pool, respectful guests all around, even the kids by the pool were kept quiet

we had a lovely breakfast in the morning, no other meals but we had a couple of drinks in the bar in the evening

the parking is excellent, the spa clean and everything works, the rooms are clean and well appointed

very peaceful. beautiful grounds. spa was lovely good therapists.

for health spa food was very good, wine was available if you wanted it. treatments were good

no tea / coffee making facility in the room. no mixed spa area - men and women kept separate.

there is lots to do at the hotel and spa - i wish i'd stayed longer

room which was 500 for two nights was opposite the laundry storage cupboard

we did check in we went to our room only to find the hallway filled with plates, trays and dirty laundry and

30am by what i m assuming was laundry trolleys constantly going past our window as we were based on the ground

although cosy, this outside room was too remote from the main hotel, had no wifi and was not up to the normal

free car park and uninterrupted wifi makes our stay a memorable one

also, this hotel outsources its laundry services so forget about receiving it back by 6 pm the day you hand it

was half the size of last years room it wasn t ready on arrival even though i had requested an early check i

room service food was 2 hours late, even after being told after 1 hour that it would be chased up,
