the laundry machine was not working.

i also felt security was lacking as well as cameras towards the parking lot

lastly, and most importantly, the hotel is advertised as pet friendly, however it is in no way pet friendly

breakfast was included but thought it was a hot breakfast.

had to go to a gas station to get quarters for laundry, most hotel laundry can take your card now

the door to the laundry chute in the hallway was wide open almost the entire time - i went to close it myself

i can see why i was only one of less than 10 cars in the parking lot while other hotels in the area had full

presumably from rose petals from a romantic encounter by a previous customer of the room

laundry only had one washer & dryer and a lot of special people roaming

the laundry service wasn't working because the washer was broken.

was not very clean, inadequate bedding, used toiletries, no coffee maker in room, coin-operated laundry machines

there was active construction in the parking lot, which made parking a bit of a headache

with vending machines and laundry facilities being amenities at this location, i'd suggest having a 2-3 rolls

had dirty laundry in it, beds were broken, water handles backwards, outlet & lights did not work, staff was

laundry machines inadequate; hallways dirty; rooms in serious need of upgrade
