on arrival the staff where verry welcoming room cosy. kids loved the hotel as it had character

also the maids were doing laundry in the afternoon while i was trying to make up for lost sleep during the

bed was as bouncy as a kids trampoline, the bed linen and pillows were very poor quality

self and partner stayed for a night after a spa day and felt that comfortable and relaxed we stayed in the room

was a scruffy filthy place it s nothing like it s advertised it has no laundry facilities or pool or sauna

woken up at 7am on the sunday morning by the linen laundry company dragging trollies across the car park and

lovely lady, and barbara in reception very friendly, i have enjoyed the jagguzzi, sauna, swimming pool and my

parking was at a premium, but mainly through golfers and leisure centre users.

the food was excellent, especially dinner in the evening, but afternoon tea and breakfast were also really good

when we left our room we found multiple bags of laundry piled against our door

room was spacious with great facilities with a separate laundry ingredients and huge bathroom

had bar snacks which were nicely presented and the breakfast had everything you could want

constant banging of doors, no atmosphere in the public areas (seating and bar) random trips to laundry from

loads of questions to get on wifi, overall just felt outdated

a continental breakfast is provided with loads on offer, i still like my full english breakfast, but it did not

iron in the room had to navigate through the halls to a laundry room
