we had asked for an early check in and the staff were very accommodating and had our rooms ready for us

room but it overlooked what we think was the laundry room, so it was quite noisy in the mornings and during the

room hasn t been properly cleaned by the housekeeper with the old laundry and rubbish still in the room

spent our wedding night here, the staff were kind enough to put rose petals in our room

only thing i can think of is the fact that you have to cross an external courtyard to get to the spa facilities

bar was good (though pretty expensive ) staff were happy and helpful and there was staff everywhere

found by chance but will definitely use of in the area again the meals were excellent and the gym and spa

morning noise immediately outside bedroom by laundry being collected in large trolleys by lorry

room noisy was on ground floor outside laundry with constant machinery noise.

asked for a quiet room, was put in one of the rooms closest to the gravel car park and where the laundry cages

the domestic staff threw the dirty laundry bags down the stairwell several times whilst they were doing their

the outside thermal pool/jacuzzi was a particular highlight

bar was pricey but service made up for it

and then in the afternoon - i realised the indoor pool at the spa will have specific hours for kids, but as all

the spa was amazing

think they should have some disable parking spaces much closer to the entrance to the hotel and the spa

room being next to the laundry and having washing machines spinning late at night

cold i ll-equipped inadequate room next to noisy laundry room, only patchy 4g in room, shower was in room not

however their parking so close to the main entrance to the block made access to the main entrance awkward when

friendly, easy parking, good food with generous portions and reasonably priced

using the wi-fi in the bar area and being able to work in the corner was great

at checkout, they charged me twice the same laundry - luckly i checked and they quickly corrected the bill,

laundry was complete ruined when my whites were washed with my blacks
