great friendly staff fantastic breakfast

the breakfast tables were perfectly clean but the surface felt slightly sticky

they really care about there guests ,in both the restaurant ,hotel and bar

girl wàs anxious to close the bar early one night at around 10pm

it’s a good bar to meet friendly locals

i very much enjoyed the lovely products in the bathroom leaving feeling like you have been to a spa

bar is part of reception desk and seating is all over the place

everything about this place was brilliant the breakfast was

the dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious - one of the best meals we ve had this year

a nice quiet village location, plenty of parking, a wonderful courtyard for sitting out with a garden behind

staff who were extremely helpful and friendly (use of iron/ironing board, a complimentary laundry wash)

- better quality for late risers and no laundry cart being emptied/filled in the restaurant next to where i was

heating in the room or open a window if needed, everything we needed was there, including great wifi

the club house on site for reasonable priced drinks, the gym and location.

menu for evening meal had plenty of choices which was all freshly cooked, buffet style breakfast was plentiful

superior room entrance is facing the parking lot the road to get there is a bit narrow and the main entrance is

you a had a wedding the next day and when we withdrew to the library for coffee there were kids running around

the level of service we received in the bar and restaurant were some of the highest we have received anywhere

good wifi for those who need it, and a really helpful little booklet in the room with more information

as others have said,the car parking is a bit of a squeeze

the bar which is on the first floor is rather special and converted from an interesting former use -

food was excellent - breakfast and dinner

to top it off the food is exceptional, i highly recommend the homemade crumpets at breakfast

would've been nice to have laundry service.

the sofa bed in the room for my kids was uncomfortable. had to also pay for parking.
