what an understatement: the captains suite was luxurious with a balcony overlooking the beautiful golf course

had a room next to where the laundry was delivered and it was a bit noisy on occasion

wasn’t ideal in the evening trying to get kids to settled

the showers in the hotel room and swimming/gym area aren't amazing but they do the job

the spa is so relaxing and the gym had a lot of machines on offer

breakfast was poor, bar was expensive, wifi was not good throughout most of the communal areas.

the carpets were filthy, the place smelled, the laundry was dirty and the plumbing was impossible it was

the level of service we received in the bar and restaurant were some of the highest we have received anywhere

signing in to wifi every day was only minor criticism - good connection tho.

tv apps didn t work (netflix/prime etc) as they needed updating but couldn t connect to the wifi
