i found out on this trip that i could do laundry which was a big bonus

dinner was very good with good choices. no laundry facilities

and since you offer laundry service a washing machine that doesn t take several hours to do one load

didn t work unfortunately kids swimming lessons in the pool which we didn t know about before visiting for

hut tub is too hot so kids can't use it and also strictly over 12 years of age

disappointed there was no mini bar available in the room.

upon speaking with the staff member we where told we couldn't check in the now due to no fresh laundry being

outside our rooms were piles of dirty laundry and plates with left over stale smelly food that we had to walk

arrived for check in and our room was ready but we had climb over some dirty laundry towels and cleaning stuff

no room service for 3 days

fully enclosed front and rear garden was excellent for kids & family dog.

games room was a winner for our family, kids absolutely loved it

suggestion is a fridge upstairs next to the bar to store drinks but its no big deal really to go to the kitchen

the facilities were fantastic and my mum and the kids felt completely at home

was a huge amount of of space - a large living room, kitchen/ diner and upstairs games area

have been nice if public computers for the internet and laundry facilities had been available

- was away from main guest area & near laundry room / staff area - hence suspicion as to who was making

i was woken up in the morning by sounds from the reception and kitchen.

the room is also directly located under the kitchen so when the staff got up to make breakfasts i would also

wifi was a bit patchy but i wasn't around much to notice. not a dealbreaker.

the wifi connection was fantastic and the bed was comfortable

on second day when i left my laundry outside door to be exchanged, we returned to our room to find that new

room service was fast sauna steam room jacuzzi and pool was a great extra

travelled with my young grandaughter as she was attending theatre school, i arrived early to leave luggage and

breakfast and bar snacks also booked lounge was very good and staff member in lounge did an excellent job
