the wifi is incredibly poor, even checking something quickly is a task.

the members of staff that we met at breakfast and in the bar were super helpful, friendly, smartly dressed and

breakfast was delicious - full scottish fry up, salmon and avocado spot on

it was great to stay at a pet-friendly hotel which was exactly that and not just pets allowed

hotel, clean and well looked after, breakfast was really nice as well, staff there and in the bar were really

easy to find and off road parking the the bar very cosy and comfortable

we went back outside and a gentleman in the corridor told us that the laundry had been delivered late but he

upon speaking with the staff member we where told we couldn't check in the now due to no fresh laundry being

outside our rooms were piles of dirty laundry and plates with left over stale smelly food that we had to walk

arrived for check in and our room was ready but we had climb over some dirty laundry towels and cleaning stuff

no room service for 3 days

nice spacious kitchen and dining area, plenty room for 8 people

view it s really stunning, house really clean, spacious and the upstairs games room kept us and kids busy

the kitchen was really well kitted out and the log burner was a lovely addition

the facilities were fantastic and my mum and the kids felt completely at home

when we arrived we asked if it was possible for a late check out and after checking they said it should be fine

we stayed for 2 nights but there was no room service and when we returned after a long day out the tea/coffee
