wifi kept dropping out

the wifi system that has been introduced since my last stay has been a retrograde step in my opinion

good wifi signal and excellent staff

on and it was cold weather breakfast was nice but tiny amount of beans couldn t connect to wifi until the next

wifi did not work in our room for the entire period of our stay

with very good facilities especially the large walk in shower - the food in both the bar and the breakfast included in the room rate were first class and the bar had a lovely atmosphere

bar was very dark and confined, not a place we wanted to use, compared to the open aspect of the

way system to get to bar

finally it was also great not to have any parking issues

ideal location but bar closed a little early 11pm ;-(

small apartment had everything we needed the kids loved the garden staff were very friendly and helpful amazing value for money decor was lovely

we are booking again but with kids aswell, so really looking forward to another stay real soon thank you

room was above the kitchen (102) and it was quite noisy from the extraction fans of the kitchen

lovely outdoor area for good weather very useful to have ev charger on site for

it’s a 5 minute drive to royal troon and around 15 minutes to prestwick golf

as stairs and staff cupboard was near our room and the noise from the trolley going past with laundry beneath our room

close to beach for walks, next to troon golf course and close to prestwick and ayr

only one pillow on the sofa bed for two kids. would have loved a pool.
