location, friendly staffs, but lacking some of expected service for 4 star rated hotel like laundry, in-room

hotel was in an excellent location close to everything and great for traveling with kids

there are lots of restaurants and shops around the area and there s also a self service laundry shop (autolavanderia adei) 3 minutes walk if you need to get rid of the dirty laundry in (+) due to noise disruptions, they cleared the fees of a laundry service that i had ordered to compensate (-) everything in hot laundry
