wifi in the lodge dropped off and i lost five emails that had been drafted

they saved me a dinner for my late arrival even after the kitchen closed

housekeeping, kitchen, bar staff, maintenance and check in were all so friendly and helpful

hotel has a bar and serves meals but we didnt use this facility as we were travelling around each day

reasonably priced rooms, staff were lovely, room service, comfy bed

free wifi was with sky cloud so we didn't use it as didn't want to create a sky cloud account so just

wifi wasnt good, kept dropping out and difficult to log onto, everything else was fine, the stairs

bed was incredibly comfy, the staff were pet friendly and the room was neat and tidy.

parking: there are some parking bays outside the hotel which are quickly taken however there is

juice no tongs for bread to toast (also had to ask for fresh bread) tables felt sticky to touch wifi very

given a ground floor room on the swimming pool corridor which was great for using the pool and gym

receiptionist was really friendly and execellent hence special mention surprise bonus to have a gym and swimming

staff were extremely helpful and polite, with really nice facilities like indoor pool, gym, sauna etc

my kids loved the room, and the hot pool

windsor is ideal place to stay great location, and it s a pet friendly place bubbles enjoyed her couple of

television signal could be better but with children and wifi facilities didn't really effect us much but maybe

no wifi in the bedroom, only in reception..

only thing that s a pain is the parking situation but apart from that it s a lovely place
