only small niggle was that the wifi only worked for a few minutes over the two days

the food was cold in the restaurant we ordered room service breakfast but the time we ticked on the card wasn't available even though it didn't

couldn't get logged onto the free wifi for some reason but it didn't cause me a problem this visit

i had the top room and was unable to access any wifi

they are refurbishing their restaurant and kitchens so there was no availability for meals or room service but i knew this before booking as had contacted the hotel directly

i believe it was debbie that assisted me with check in and a glass of wine from room service that i requested
