we didn’t want to be party poopers but with two young kids and a long journey home we needed the sleep

the moment we arrived, staff were friendly and accompanying, helping us to find a table in the bar where our baby monitor would reach from our room above

booked two rooms for two nights, kids wanted to check out same night

requested for room service and it came 20 minutes late plus orange juice was missing

were brilliant and friendly i needed to work in the bar whilst waiting for my next temp accommodation and this was no bother at all, great mint mocha

we had a booking at another bar along the road and decided to leave early just so we could go back and have a drink at our

room, service, breakfast and hospitality , everything!

comfier mattresses would be a lot better and heating on in the bar area as it was cold

they also offer a great bar menu for lunchtime food between 12-6pm, the burger was just what i needed after a merry visit

really liked the quirky story behind the douglas hotel and the early check in

i had requested an early check in as we had travelled for 2u hours previously

location to the airport, took me 5 minutes to walk over with 5 kids and 2 suitcases

unfortunately due to having an early check in we only had a continental breakfast

for a late check out as came in at 3 am, not advised work being done and awoken with horrendous noise at
