table not all food order came out no phone in room had to go to front desk to order food for room

holiday extras put us onto this hotel a few years ago now as we needed long stay car parking for john lennon liverpool airport and this was a cheaper but worth it option

despite needing and requiring room service i had to pause two really important meetings to go down stairs because a) no signal to

(-)no wifi connection in room (-) wifi in room was terrible (+)mock spanish exterior lovely. car park. lovely hot water bath. free wifi (-)the wifi was very patchy and frequently dropped out. (-)wifi was patchy, bathroom dated but adequate, no lift (+) the tv worked well and there was free wifi (-) poor wifi
