following a long drive from london, my family and i were too tired to dine out so we ordered room service

however, jamie in particular was standout in his help to get us and our kids sorted with some basics we needed for our stay and went over and beyond

1 member of staff taking room service up on the lift didn't notice we were already in the lift when the doors opened as he
