need to have someone available at the pool upstairs so you can easily have a drink with that amazing view

wifi was terrible, also they said there was warm water but there was just cold water or boiling

rooms are described as having a kitchen, but some are just kitchenettes

dirty, the smell was awful, no amenities, no restaurant and no kitchen, too far from the town to walk, yet

the wifi needs some improvement as well

location is good within panajachel and parking is straightforward and included (not standard on the lake)

their pet policy is 1 dog however there were other guests that brought 2

but what really helped us was the kids house, my daughter loved it there

beds are very confortable and good and soft pillows we didn t use all the facilities, such as gym, sauna,

also breakfast included for the price was amazing and very yummy

the glass walla (essentially) don't block out any of the sound from the streets and bar right above the hostel
