pool and spa great. comfy bed. generous breakfast.

this hotel is a great place if you are interested in relaxing for an afternoon by the pool or in the courtyard

excellent wifi

there is parking at the hotel

bar next to pool that serves best margaritas ever (thanks to christian)

the pool area is heavenly, the restaurant has really good food, but what really makes this place is the

the staff, the food, the view, the pool

breakfast was excellent and such a beautiful place to sit and eat, looking at the amazing view

also bar tenders and their friends seemed too busy having fun to serve you

staff was great, amazing breakfast, restaurant is really good, amazing views from the volcanoes

continental breakfast included was quite poor, comparing the quality of food given in the restaurants

nothing we didn t like, but be warned there are a lot of steps if you want to use the infinity pool

breakfast was a continental breakfast - which was just coffee, juice, two pats of butter and

need to have someone available at the pool upstairs so you can easily have a drink with that amazing view

wifi was terrible, also they said there was warm water but there was just cold water or boiling

rooms are described as having a kitchen, but some are just kitchenettes

dirty, the smell was awful, no amenities, no restaurant and no kitchen, too far from the town to walk, yet

the wifi needs some improvement as well

really nice staff, lovely view, well-equipped kitchen.

the location was good. there was a game room with pool.

wifi was weak

parking, not like usa accommodations

also the hotel is somewhat close to the lake and parking was easy

there was no fridge even not in lobby and also swimming pool is not real fyi

the wifi didn t work well in the room

have laundry services onsite

friendly staff, off street parking, clean rooms, hot water

we got our laundry done here with a 24-hour turnaround

i felt safe using the parking as well

pool area: there was a car parked in the pool area and there were no lounge chairs

accommodating, helpful and always happy to answer questions, assist with arranging things like laundry and

the only downside was the wifi was very off and on in our room.

was wonderful , room was very clean and suprisingly large, hot water which was great , the chapin breakfast and

breakfast is basic and the coffee is great

we were there for children’s week so thr hotel prepared great activities for the kids (outdoors’s cinema,

the big plus for us is the kids' club on the weekend, including an open-air movie night with popcorn on saturday

the view, the pool, the large windows, the large bed, and the room service (cleaning)

the pool is big, warmed-up, great for kids

corner balcony, great location to walk main street (calle santander) and nearby water taxis, good wifi, free

the top floor so had great views and although very basic, we had everything we needed, including kitchen facilities

shower was lukewarm and the wifi was slow

wifi for room 303 was not working or atheist the given password didn't work

we were allowed to use the kitchen downstairs to make food before we left which was amazing

the kitchen was very helpful for preparing a simple meal.

breakfast is delicious

accommodating staff, comfy bed, convenient location, clean private room with bathroom, basic breakfast included

loud music at night from bar above

however, it was still loud, a bar above, loud people in the middle of the night going back to their rooms after

the glass walla (essentially) don't block out any of the sound from the streets and bar right above the hostel

poor wifi

parking with no access at this moment, municipality repairing the street

was very clean, friendly staff, good laundry service

was very nice and helpful with any request from laundry service to transportation

however, inside is parking, and a beautiful, rambling courtyard, clean, charming, simple rooms, and a very nice

-they also provide laundry service for an extra charge

excellent service provided for the in house laundry service

the communal kitchen was great and well maintained to prepare your own meals

got unlucky, however it was really uncomfortable not being able to use a restroom, wash hands, no wifi either

good little kitchen everything you need to cook with

wifi was unreliable, and by unreliable i mean virtually nonexistent

free breakfast was delicious, staff was helpful and expedited our laundry, and it was a beautiful hotel

overcharged for a load of laundry ($17)

great staff and wonderful service!!! free wifi

parking is included, but it is about 2 blocks away

wifi didn't work very well on iphone - fine on other devices

the roof terrace and kitchen were great and the staff were friendly and helpful

staff, two well stocked kitchens, decent wifi

good wifi, staff was kind and helpfull(in spanish), nice common area, comfortable beds, hot showers,

and a big fridge, set back away from main road so a lot less noise ,hot water and in house laundry service

wifi was weak.

parking far from hotel

parking is included on site, but the path to the hotel is very narrow

parking - the hotel is found down a very narrow corridor that can barely fit a small car

poor wifi

wifi was a challenge

waiter at the bar was not very friendly

room service was super quick to deliver our morning coffee

charming library type bar with fireplace and great pool with infinity hot tub

the shower head was too low and the wifi wasn t strong.

the staff and management were very helpful and provided secure motorcycle parking off the street

staff, parking and location

low internet access, limited room service

parking is very steep and narrow, sometimes i had to get up in the morning to allow someone else to

we rented the room with terrace which has a little kitchen inside, and have a nice view of the lake and volcanoes

breakfast was good as well

2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (we did not use), dinning area and living room with access to beautiful

breakfast great, part of nature reserve - very cool to hike, see monkeys, walk across jungle

wish the restaurant was open earlier for breakfast and stayed open for dinner

and wifi also seemed to turn off

wifi very unstable

wifi only works at some areas but that is what i wanted

wifi only in a common area and was not too realiable

as i have adopted kids of color that is not something i appreciate

bar needs to keep more tanqueray gin on hand, but the staff is open to instruction related to how

felt like we were being treated like kids queuing for a school meal

the wifi was satellite but didn t work except for from a few specific places.

the kitchenette is not particularly usable unless guests plan well in advance, as the property is quite

the outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator and a two burner stove top

lee and elaine will let you do a load of laundry in their washer

we loved sitting in the outdoor kitchen, which was very well stocked, unfortunately it was too windy and cold

however,the bar is opened til 9:30 p

wifi in my room it pretty weak.

be more well serviced in terms of having some staff come check up on you frequently, service your bar orders

there ir a bar close and the music is too loud until late.

just not being able to have food pass 8 o clock. a snack bar there would be good

they close the kitchen and bar at 7 pm

our room was next door to the kitchen and extremely loud with music and chatter from the staff.
