pool was honestly too cold for swimming but not much they can do about that

the spa area, the swimming pools, how nice maria elvia and the rest of the staff was with us, the

new hotel called kula maya which is a much nicer hotel and we spent most of our time there in the pool and in

nice room outside the center. they also have a kitchen on the rooftop, which is well equiped.

2 out of our 3 days here the power, wifi, fans, showers and sinks go out frequently for hours even though the

pool should be heated, it was too cold to enjoy, the jacuzzi by the pool should be available at no

views, lovely staff, great spa massages and treatments, friendly atmosphere and mostly quiet and

the bar next door hosted karaoke night until 10pm. it was uncomfortable!

the resort was very clean, the restaurant was wonderful and the pool bar was phenomenal

darwin greeted us at the bar and not only gave us local tips but also other information when i asked, like

ask for more, most beautiful surroundings/views, great breakfast and relaxed atmosphere by the pool with refreshing
