the hotel is just beautiful. both kids aged 16 and 12 loved it! what more can i say?

i went with the impression that the use of the pool was free, but you had to pay for the gym and spa as it was for over 18s

have been offered upgraded room as a gesture for our wedding anniversary and late check out

a few negative reviews i was very apprehensive bout goin to this accommodation as i had my 3 grandkids and my daughter with me on there 1st trip to see the sights in london but after speaking to

in, there is an open plan reception which is confusing and looks untidy, booked an early check in but they weren't ready for me and then it took over 20 minutes to be checked in
