the hotel the staff was friendly and the room was big enough for me , my husband and my three kids

with a pool and workout room, restraunt as well this is perfect for longer family trips

the so-called sun terrace does not really exist. restaurant and bar have very limited hours.

about the towels the front desk would tell us to go get them but then when we would go to the laundry room the lady would tell us to come back later (also she had a very cold/rude attitude with

laundry room door needed a key to enter, unlike the hotel in hoffman estates, which doesn't have a

laundry room and vending machines on premises but there’s hours of operation

the pool area was the best hotel pool area i’ve ever been to.
