heated pool!

shower wasn t clean, and neither was the gym, unfortunately

clothing iron was a little leaky. wifi networks were not available for some reason that night.

so i picked this place primarily bec of the pool so my kids can swim

the room that they gave me at first had me looking at the tree in front of window and the parking lot

we chose the property initially because it’s dog friendly with reasonable pet fee, but stayed again because the location is great (starbucks less than half mile away) and

thanks to your kitchen staff

would have loved to swim again in the morning but the pool didn't open until 10 & check out was at 11

that i wasn't able to wake up early for breakfast :-)

we wished they had a hot tub in the pool area but the pool was nice as we had it to ourselves that night

the service in the bar was almost non-existent

it appeared the room door had been attempted to be forced open and the swing bar door latch on door was damaged and there was tape over the area where it attached to the door

of running a shower every surface is soaked with steam, and i would've liked a hot tub/whirlpool in the pool area

stay  i guess just a nit pick  the housekeeper, forgot one of our glasses on our wet bar but everything was clean and nice  and i didn’t use any of the glasses so didn’t bother

pool and workout area, sauna, hot tub were great

not open, no bar soap in bathroom and bedside lamp had a broken glass missing

i wish the bar in the hotel was opened in the afternoon too so i didn't need to go somewhere else to grab a

party next door to my kids room. walls were apparently thin & their talking kept them awake.

our sofa bed was very nice uncomfortable. kids had to sleep on our bed

i ordered a glass of wine at the bar & it was $17

love the bar food, good value for the money

management, no elevator, pool building looks into guest rooms - no light or privacy, snack bar has very limited hours and food
