our only criticism would be the detail to which the room service attended

room service maintenance was send up to the room within 5 minutes and confirmed the bed was broken

that weren’t dusted and there was mold they were very stingy with the toiletries having only 1 bar of soap 1 shampoo 1 conditioner for a king room high floor with a sofa bed and a price tag of

very nice set up, small kitchen was equipped with everything from pots, to dish washing detergent

we loved the breakfast! the room was clean and comfortable. also used the gym quite a bit.

the front desk clerks on the overnight shift were awesome, in making sure we were able to get an early check in as our flight arrived earlier than anticipated

bar and restaurant are on the third floor attic space with no elevator and limited choices for

lot of teenage kids running around the property with no supervision

they also did a buffet breakfast with a roaring fireplace
