to wait forever for elevator because bunch of unruly kids were running around playing with a button for elevator and there was no adult supervision -

they also have a shuttle (not sure where it goes as i didn't use it) (*)overall very good. shuttle very good. i d return. only suggestion is drain in tub/shower slow. (+)the shuttle driver hung around until we left baggage claim (+) it was only an 8 minute walk to the white plains hospital and they also offer a shuttle service (+)is great, staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle service from airport was perfect (+) great shuttle service to and from the white plains airport (+)very responsive staff, very conveniently located. airport shuttle to hpn (+)bed is very comfortable, great location in downtown white plains, and the free shuttle to the airport is a big plus (-)only drawback was that i was told the shuttle would pick me up even though i told them the time (i came in late) and was assured it (-)shuttle service was not available past 12am

best thing about this hotel is the rooms are clean, it has a bar and a place to eat after a hard days work

3 people has no separation between the bedroom and living so no separation between you and the kids
