we liked everything about this hotel , staff, room , bar all was top rate .

the bar / restaurant on the ground floor is very striking, attractive and welcoming and the staff

worked better if black out as it was very light in the early hours of the morning, quite a noisy bar just a few hundred meters away which

stairs a struggle if infirm .. lift was a tad slow wine in bar was beyond disgusting ...

there was kids running up and down the corridor and banging after 11pm which disturbed our sleep

and welcoming staff clean tidy cosy and comfortable also there was an artist/singer in the lounge bar who was brill had a thoroughly enjoyable evening

the only downfall was that when we asked for late check out there was clearly a lack of communication between the customer facing staff in the

machine could have been more full, there was hardly anything left in there, also we opted for late check out and the cleaners where quite loud at one point

also gave me a complementary late check out due to personal circumstances

at check in we were informed that late check out was only £5 and we could pay this when we returned from our night out
