small-medium size gym with everything we needed

the spa amazing, the food amazing the room amazing

hotel is stunning the room was huge and spotless and very comfortable we used the spa which was also top class

one evening we asked for room service and food came after an hour and very cold, the reason i didn t return

food drinks room service we had the lot and the whole experience was first class

we ordered room service and the fish was just batter

food was very poor, they ran out of food at breakfast every morning of our stay we got room service and the food

i liked the fact that they had a guest laundry where you could wash your clothes at no charge

the guest laundry seemed to be getting used for staff/hotel use, which wasn t too much of a pain as we had

there are laundry facilities available

desk staff were very nice and helpful when we needed to use the laundry facilities- bonus the machines were free

the kids loved the fact you can sit down in the shower cubicle

the little attention to detail didn't go unnoticed, all the little toiletries and the snacks/breakfast was

room was open with big pile of dirty laundry outside door had a ring reception to get it taken away -difficult

to reach it you had endless corridors and flights of stairs leading eventually past the laundry rooms to what

small room adjacent to laundry. lots of steps and long corridors.

the room was right by the laundry room and felt like we where down in the cellar

to do with kids of an evening no residents lounge so had to entertain a 7 year old in the room from about 8

free parking at the property so that was a bonus

after the cleaner had cleaned), great check in / out times (3pm/10am), free parking, excellent wifi

there is a private car park too so didn't need to worry about he parking at all

the location is very convenient with ample parking at the premises

parking right outside the room which meant we didn't have to struggle with carrying luggage

a mixed party of 8 the location of the hotel in relation to the superb golf course next door suited the gents

room service wasn't a room service, i couldn't order on website somehow (tried ipad, android), so i

room service would get a 10/10 from us

one room turned into a very small fitness suite to de stress from kids or keep up with fitness if away for work

the room was lovely mattress a bit hard for me and my partner but kids were fine with it personal preference

on day four we discovered the hotel does not have a self-service laundry and there is no public self-laundry

really a problem, but i was amused that the slip i filled out for the laundry service didn t seem to recognize

room at the back turned out to be above the hotel s laundry facility which went on all through the night

wifi was slow. food in the restaurant could be better. service was good

i requested early check in and luckily a room was available

add ons (e.g. breakfast, laundry) not the best value for money

friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and accommodated two fussy kids by making 2 sandwiches that were not

central location, spa, gym and pool.

a bit dated, no in room fridge, no twin beds for 2 kids just doubles

very friendly staff in the bar who were welcoming and fantastic with our little kids

fridays is a early delivery date for the bar below so we were woken up earlier than planned.

could use a sponge to wash dishes with in the kitchen.

the bathroom had inadequate laundry supplies and we arrived to find only half a toilet roll

- no shampoo in room, could not adjust room temperature, inconsistent messages from staff about laundry pick-up

the breakfast had a large selection and a menu, which i ordered from for an omelette, which was

wifi a bit dodgy. there's nothing else i can think of.

upon arrival was very friendly, facilities were excellent, staff member young guy on reception in spa /pool didn

receptionist told me there was room service when i checked in, told me to call 0 to speak to reception, later

the grounds are gorgeous, the hotel looked great but being a pet friendly hotel means more than pets being

there were trolleys of laundry outside the lift shaft and in the corridor pretty much most days

like piles of dirty laundry and pillows in corridor when arriving

no self laundry facility.

we were rudely awoken both the saturday and sunday mornings to noise from bin wagons at 530am, laundry or delivery

woken up early by their laundry deliveries and loading

was beside the laundry room with staff in and out of there from 7am banging and chatting which woke us up

the courtyard for pre dinner drinks and bar are was very comfy

booked in the restaurant it was everything we were expecting and more and the next evening we had room service

the bar was a lovely place to sit and it had outside space which would have been great if we d had

nit picking though, the hotel was very good value and just regret we didn't have time to try the golf

that the restaurant closes so early on a sunday, we were staying obviously and couldn t get room service either

we had an evening meal which was very nice (good kids menu aswell) and the breakfast was excellent, plenty of

the bed was perfect, i even got some sleep between cramping and my wife and kids had loads of room to sleep

difficult to connect to the wifi on my phone and in my room the wifi kept dropping

the gym and spa facilities were amazing - all staff were very friendly.

indoor swimming pool is a bonus

spa facilities could do with a refurb, particularly the changing rooms

we were disturbed lots during the night with staff delivering room service to the guests opposite

poor wifi strength in room 17.

as its by the seafront and arcades parking included big comfy room brekkie was ok strong enough wifi

parking is different to what i'm used too

perhaps a telephone for room service in the room would be nice.
