have been cleaner, there was coffee all over the wall by the door to the next room, the wifi was poor, the tv

every weekend this hotel has 1 or 2 weddings and hotel parking lot overfull and the bar/restaurant is understaffed

food is amazing ,the rooms are comfy, it was my 57th so we went to urban wick candle bar in birmingham, created

room was awesome and very clean but there were room service trays everywhere in the hall way, some of them with

the phones would not call out to the front desk, and no info on room service

the restaurant and especially the bar staff were exceptional

the laundry machine price was a bit high

the laundry room light did not work, and we were not comfortable in doing laundry in the dark

only sheer one so i had tp dim the light as my room was in the ground flloor opposite to the parking
