laundry service promised same day but wasn t done after second day when we were leaving

didnt provide laundry breakfast didn't provide eggs

plenty of safe parking

calling room service ~10pm there doesn't seem to be any service in the hotel -> 'get it yourself in bar

were comfortable, restaurants good, easy parking, location perfect for everything northampton has to offer

the older asian woman who manages the breakfast bar has been there since my last visit in 2021 and she is so

i luckily brought my own for the kids

gym is tiny & couldn t get the tv to work, b ut the ones attached to the machines seemed to work

the free breakfast was delicious and we love webs yarn which is in ealking distance

noisey room over the pool

we found an empty beer bottle under the bed the staff was sitting around smoking outside the laundry room which

possibly from pipes in laundry below room

location (2nd floor) did have some added noises since it was close to an ice machine, the guest laundry room,

asked for a late check out, but that wasn't communicated to the staff the next day, so they came knocking on

the breakfast was good. the hotel was very quiet. plenty of parking.

microwave was nice fireplace at reception /breakfast area was great gym and

signing in to wifi everyday. android sign in was near impossible.

laundry didn't work

we arrived ( late afternoon) there were piles of dirty laundry in the hall outside a number of rooms

the dryer didn t work well so i had to spend hours drying laundry.

is incompetent, covid dirty laundry left in the hallways overnight houskeeping forgot about it and left

parking was convenient and the front desk had quarters for laundry.

only complaining is some of kitchen utensils are missing or needed to be replaced, such as spatula

instead the lounge bar lacked atmosphere

the indoor pool was too cold to swim in for me, anyway. i enjoyed the hot tub.

only issue was that in the morning on the weekend was no breakfast meat like bacon and the kids were mad the

they went above and beyond to be kind to me and my family, especially the kids, and were quick to respond to

charges for laundry weren't clear to me and i ended up getting charged wayyyyyyyyyyy more than i thought i

disnt like that when i was watchin tv the wifi or networks would start freezing or laggin so watchin tv became

amenity s very comfortable great staff i was able to do laundry while my son swam in the huge pool, then we

all the towels were rather small and very thin perhaps this reduces the laundry burden and helps the environment

the bonus for us was the coin operated guest laundry which made travelling easier
