wifi needs improving

to our needs of early check in got 3 rooms ready for us guests who were attending a wedding

wifi was too slow restaurant was overpriced not enough plug sockets in the room room too hot needs

hotel wifi was not available during breakfast

and laundry bedsheets and towels are on the floor near lift whole

dirty laundry laying everywhere as well as dirty plates (room service) broken lift button (safety

wifi was weak

they were moving big trolleys of dirty laundry from 07:30 which made a terrible noise and

our room was supposedly in a quiet section of the hotel but the laundry was below the window and so was noisy

bed, blinds did not cover windows in bedroom allowing light into room, laundry and tray containing waste food

original room we were put in was near the laundry and very noisy but when we asked they moved us and the room

very clean, spacious, quiet room with friendly and helpful staff who even offered to do our laundry

lovely building set in a park. very comfortable bed. nice bar and breakfast room

the bar area was lovely to sit in and we had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant too

constant noise all night from the kitchen extract system and the laundry below us

there were noises going on all night- possibly from elevator and laundry room close by the room

we could hear water gushing all night, don t know if we were next to the laundry.

not sure what laundry detergent you used but it didn't smell very nice unless it was the pillows just need

easy access to manchester airport for early check in.

i can only presume was a laundry delivery as it sounded like metal cages rattling very early in the morning

i went after the kids hours which was great
