there were no bath robes in our rooms and when i asked for them, they said that the laundry was delayed and

only issue was our first allocated room number 55 was next to laundry room and desperate for a makeover

we always got breakfast with room service and the staff was always smiling and very nice

extremely helpful and accommodating going out of her way to assist us including a meal after the kitchen normally

no room service either, so hospitality overall isn t great

can't they just hire some kitchen staff

would of been nice if the restaurant had been open when we arrived or room service.

checking into our room bags of laundry and trays lying in the hallway, also went downstairs to the bar and they

given a very spacious family room overlooking the planes landing which the kids were thrilled with

staff were friendly and very helpful on arrival and departure, the menu was great and breakfast was outstanding

problem was a noise in room all night from what sounded like a boiler or laundry or something that just was

parking available for free

the gym is pretty good and has enough kit to allow you to train and the rooms are really comfortable

the rooms are small, walls need painting, terrible view to some courtyard with dirty laundry baskets, plastic

my room was outside the laundry or garbage area so a little noisy with staff coming and going

a pile of dirty laundry (with food and glass) was left in front of our room throughout the whole stay

regular shuttle buses to the airport are part of the service

were placed in a room near the laundry, and could hear the machinery rumbling in the distance through the night

about the hotel was great , the spa was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful

signal and wifi signal in our rooms were not great, but could have been due to weather conditions at the time

i wanted room service was told no room service but one of my traveling friends got room service

receptionist and the dirty windows and carpet.

the accommodation was basic but comfortable and clean and the wifi and television worked very well

we used the jacuzzi and swimming pool which was lovely

disappoint, but the popinjay was excellent: there is a decent 17m swimming pool, comprehensive gym, jacuzzi and

forgotten room service. poor quality food at breakfast.

was a wedding on which obviously was busy but their was kids n guests wandering or running around all over the

spa facilities and pool were just what was required

additionally, the hotel does not offer laundry services, which was disappointing and inconvenient

i found the fresh laundry had a dirty footmark on it, and had a rip and when i reported it, we were moved to

location of my room - 1st floor directly above service entrance - bin lorry, laundry lorry and other noises

no self laundry.

also the young lady that greeted us for breakfast on 1st june with a big smile was absolutely lovely

the breakfast was good - lovely selection.

luckily there is room service and i had a room with a bathtub and the layout overall was just comfortable and

room was missing an information leaflet with wifi codes or room service/hotel facilities etc
